SEPTEMBER FREE Phase III Music Strategies in the Classroom Workshop and In Harmony Teacher Mentor Event The Teacher Mentor Program is a way to provide face to face support for teachers who are interested in making music and speech therapy strategies a part of their toolkit of techniques for including children with special learning needs in the classroom. The goals of our program are: 1. Be able to implement the 10 steps of the In Harmony hierarchy 2. Be able to use In Harmony as an inclusion tool in the classroom with children with and without special needs 3. Be able to utilize music therapy strategies in the classroom Provided by board-certified neurologic music therapists Angela Neve and Julie Guy. Sweetwater High School Autism Awareness Assembly We will be kicking off a two week program at the high school Called “Coins for Change”. The students came up with this idea to raise money & awareness for ATPF. Joel Anderson designed the logo & will be sharing his message on Courage with the students and exhibiting his amazing art work.

5th Annual Autism Wine Maker Dinner Savor a fine dining meal with selected wines from two Temecula Wineries. Introductory TalkAbility Class Introduction toTalkAbility™-The Hanen Program®. 10% of proceeds will go to Autism Tree Project. TalkAbility s a program for Parents of Verbal Children on the Autism Spectrum. It is a family-focused program that gives parents of children aged 3-7 on the mild end of the Autism Spectrum Disorder scale practical tools to help their children communicate.
