Michelle Rowley, M.S., BCBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst that has over 10 years of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Michelle joined Butterfly Effects as a Senior Behavior Analyst in 2019, servicing San Diego, California.
Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree at San Diego State University and majored in Child Development. Following earning her bachelors, she went on to Simmons College where she obtained her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis.
Michelle has experience in working with children with developmental delays from ages 12 months to 18 years old and is extremely passionate about her client’s and their families. She loves working in-home, and side by side, with her families in order to give caregivers the tools to provide meaningful and lasting interventions to assist their children in reaching their full potential.
Michelle is a member of The Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), Autism Partnership Foundation (APF), and and has been active with Autism Tree (AT) since 2014.
